General Questions
What age group does Happy Hive support?
Happy Hive is designed for children aged 0-10 years old. We have various play areas suited for different age groups. Older children will still enjoy themselves, but will have access to fewer play areas.
What are your opening hours?
We're open all week from 9am - 4pm. Hours may vary during holidays and special events and will be reflected on our Google Business Profile and with a post on our Facebook page.
Do you have parking facilities?
Yes, we have ample parking available for our guests.
Play Area and Safety
Why do I have to wear socks?
Both for hygiene and safety reasons. Socks help prevent bacteria and fungi from spreading, and wearing socks can prevent accidents. We have socks for all ages available for purchase at our front counter.
Can I drop my kids off?
No; we are a parent-supervised play space and children must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes, we require a waiver to be signed prior to entering the play space.
What kinds of things are there to do?
Our space provide a holistic play experience for kids. Features include a STEM wall, sensory room, pretend play corners and plenty of gross motor/physical play features.
Pricing and Passes
How much does it cost to play at Happy Hive?
The cost is $9 per child over 2 years, and $5 for children under 2 years. We offer other payment options with a discount and often run promotions. You can follow our Facebook page for updates or feel free to call us for the latest offers.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes, we offer monthly and yearly memberships which include unlimited play, discounts and other benefits. For more information, check out our Play page.

Can I host a party at Happy Hive?

Do you have food and drink options?
Yes, we offer a variety of pre-packaged snacks and beverages suitable for both adults and children.
Do you offer or allow alcoholic beverages?
No, we do not sell or allow alcoholic beverages on the premise.
Can I bring outside food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are allowed, but only in designated areas.
